PRE-K ENROLLMENT

Pre-K Age Requirements: 

• Children must be four years old on or before September 1 to be admitted to Pre-K. 

Items Required for Enrollment:

• Completed Enrollment Application

• Official Birth Certificate (certified copy, not the one with footprints from the hospital)

• Student Social Security Card

• Up -to-Date Shot Record

• Proof of Residence (utility bill, lease contract listing parent or guardian’s name and physical address)

• Parent/Guardian ID (photo ID)

• Proof of Income - SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, pay stubs, letter from employer, income tax return for self-employed 

• Other Eligibility Qualifiers: Homeless, Foster Care, Active Military, Unable to Speak and Comprehend the English language

• If your child does not qualify for free Pre-K based on one of the above qualifiers, tuition-based Pre-K is available. Please contact Pioneer at (940) 549-2442 for more information.

• Please note, online registration forms must also be completed online before school starts in the Fall.
