Pioneer Elementary

KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT

Kindergarten age requirements:

• Children must be five years old on or before September 1 to be admitted to kindergarten.
• Students who were in Pre-K at Pioneer at the end of the previous school year will not have to complete enrollment requirements. They will automatically roll up to Kindergarten. 

Items Required for students new to Pioneer:

• Completed Enrollment Application

• Official Birth Certificate (certified copy, not the one with footprints from the hospital)

• Student Social Security Card

• Up -to-Date Shot Record

• Proof of Residence (utility bill, lease contract listing parent or guardian’s name and physical address)

• Parent/Guardian ID (photo ID)

• Please note, online registration forms will also have to be completed online before school starts in the Fall.
